• Strong exposure to healthcare sector, preferably hospital-focused consulting or infrastructure roles. • Hospital-side private sector exposure preferred; public health–only profiles not preferred.
Qualification: MBA / MHA / PGDM or equivalent

Description:1. Business Development – Healthcare Focus
• Identify opportunities across private hospitals, specialty hospitals, medical colleges, and healthcare investors.
2. Multi-Vertical Opportunity Development
• Cross-sell and expand opportunities across IV’s verticals.
• Develop integrated, solution-led proposals in coordination with internal teams.
• Engage confidently at promoter and senior management levels.
4. Proposal, Tendering & Closures
• Lead proposal preparation, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
• Participate in EOIs, RFQs, and RFPs, including consortium coordination.
5. Pipeline Management & Growth Contribution
• Maintain a strong BD pipeline and revenue forecasts.
• Contribute to regional growth and profitability targets.
