MENSTRUAL HYGIENE & WASH AWARENESS CAMPAIGN

Karawal Nagar, Delhi

Collaborative initiative with Bal Umang Drishya Sanstha (BUDS) to implement comprehensive menstrual health education for adolescent girls in Karawal Nagar, Delhi.

Our Work

Collaborated with Bal Umang Drishya Sanstha (BUDS) to implement a menstrual health initiative in Karawal Nagar, Delhi.
Reached 41 adolescent girls with targeted sessions on menstrual hygiene and WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene).
Provided each participant with eco-friendly sanitary napkins to promote sustainable menstrual care.
Key outcomes were improved knowledge, confidence, and hygiene practices among participants.

Comprehensive Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene education program targeting improved health practices across Delhi communities.

Our Work

Organized the "Anubhuti" health camp in Balipara, Assam to deliver essential healthcare to underserved rural communities.
Our multidisciplinary team—including a general physician, gynecologist, pediatricians, and psychologist—provided health screenings, free medicines, and diet counseling.
We placed a strong focus on maternal and child health through one-on-one counseling on breastfeeding, infant nutrition, and women’s dietary needs, especially reaching the last mile.

MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS IN VULNERABLE GROUPS - PUNJAB

Punjab

Comprehensive health education program focusing on preventive care and wellness for underserved communities.

Our Work

Organized a targeted health drive in Punjab for elderly women, women of reproductive age, and persons with disabilities in underserved communities.
Our team provided mental health awareness sessions, screenings for anxiety and depression, and personalized counseling on nutrition and well-being.
By prioritizing the needs of vulnerable groups, we advanced gender equity and inclusion, supporting UN SDG 5.
