Programme Outline:
Objective:
- To train manpower for the following job positions for Healthcare institutions: Nurses, Front Office staff, Patient Care Executive etc., and other supportive roles. Currently, candidates who perform these functions, do so after a short briefing under the supervision of senior peers & staff. Formal, structured training is mostly missing and is of utmost necessary in the growing world of professionalism.
- Healthcare institutions have a unique atmosphere, due to technical complexity, patient psychology, and the social/ commercial nature of healthcare. The course aims to cause a basic awareness about the significance of soft skills in professional and inter-personal communications and facilitate an all-round development of personality. The Programme consists of both theoretical and practical components, to enable the participants to be able to perform the duties more effectively.
