CS Priyam Boruah is a proactive and motivated management and corporate law consultant. Priyam is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also a Bachelors of Commerce in Finance from Gauhati University. His work experience spans across diverse fields of ensuring statutory compliance, corporate secretarial practice and financial management. His core area of expertise lies in Compliance (internal/statutory),Corporate Secretarial Practices, Incorporation of Companies/LLPs, Drafting and vetting agreements, Coordinating audits (Internal, Secretarial and Statutory) and Dealing with Statutory Authorities.
He has interests in keeping himself updated with current affairs and watching cricket and football.
