Experience: 8 years in Healthcare Consulting, Hospital projects, Public Health, or related domains

Qualification: MBA / MPH / Master’s in Healthcare or Hospital Management Strong exposure to healthcare markets, infrastructure projects, or health systems strengthening Proven leadership, market development, and stakeholder management skills Experience in East Africa will be an added advantage

Description:

• Own and lead overall business operations in East Africa
• Develop and execute market entry and positioning strategy
• Drive business development across public and private sectors
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing regional team
• Represent Integra Ventures at healthcare forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings
• Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and sustainable revenue growth
• Provide regular strategic and financial updates to the core leadership team
