Application for Senior Business Development Manager

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Experience: 8–15 years of experience in Business Development

Qualification: Graduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Construction Management, Healthcare Management · Postgraduate qualification (MBA / MHA / PGDM or equivalent) is preferred, not mandatory

Description:

• Drive business development for healthcare infrastructure and consulting projects (greenfield and brownfield)
• Build opportunities across private hospitals, healthcare groups, medical colleges, institutions, and public sector bodies
• Participate in public sector tendering processes (EOIs, RFQs, RFPs) and support consortium/JV formation where required
• Develop and manage relationships with hospital promoters, institutional leaders, government officials, architects, EPC/PMC firms, and key stakeholders
• Lead proposal preparation, presentations, negotiations, and closures
• Work closely with design, PMC, and delivery teams to ensure alignment from pitch to execution
• Maintain pipeline visibility, revenue forecasting, and contribution to branch-level growth and profitability
